- All brakes, drums, and wheel bearings are thoroughly checked.

Keep your Alde heating system healthy with regular antifreeze changes, which are crucial during annual caravan servicing. After 5 years, this maintenance is required to validate the manufacturer warranty, and Alde recommends a subsequent change every 5 years. If the glycol is magenta, it should be replaced every 5 years; if it is blue, change it yearly. We advise switching to magenta for cost savings in the long run. During your caravan service, if the glycol reading is -5 degrees, it's advisable to change the antifreeze. Remember, the old coolant and antifreeze must be disposed of by an approved recycling company, as required by law. Keeping up with these practices can help prevent costly motorhome repairs in the future.
